How To Exchange An Item

At SkulIID customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Our items are always handmade with the highest quality materials, and with intricate attention to detail. If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in any way, please contact us for an exchange within 7 days of the date of receipt.

No refunds will be accepted. 

If the item you received is incorrect or defective, please e-mail SkullID within 7 days, and we will arrange for the return of the item at no cost to you for a replacement of the same style or a suitable alternative. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and include the original receipt.

Please understand that all products sold on Skull ID are handmade! There will always be variation in shape, color and size. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.

  1. Please email afsoon sepheri@gmail.com with EXCHANGE IN THE SUBJECT AND YOUR INFO AS WELL AS THE ORDER INFO.  We will assign you a tracking number.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the defect and the original receipt.

SkullID will do a full inspection of the item and determines that the item was either defective or incorrect. This determination is in the sole discretion of SkullID and all decisions are final.

If any items were clearly mishandled or worn, the item will be returned to the customer without a refund or exchange. This determination is in the sole discretion of SkullID and all decisions are final.

SkullID items are handmade in our studio once ordered, we do not keep items in stock. Due to this rare and personal nature of our art, we do not process refunds.
